We recently had a problem with our garage door on a Friday evening and called the company that previously serviced it only to find out they only work and answer their phone 8-5 Monday-Friday. I called Aladdin Saturday AM and they arranged to have someone come out ASAP to help us. **** was our serviceman and did a fantastic job taking car of our problem. We won't use anyone else in the future.
My garage door spring broke in the cold weather. Aladdin Garage Doors came out (on time as promised) and put on a new "lifetime" spring so I'll never have to worry about replacing it again. The "lifetime" spring was the same cost as two regular springs on a two-car garage. Finished job quickly (40 minutes). Highly recommend this company for garage door repairs!!
