We had an excellent experience with Aladdin Carpet with 3 rooms and our steps carpeted. Eddie Tirani personally oversaw the operation from start to finish ensuring a happy customer experience. He treated us like family. The installers were unbelievably good, professional, and friendly.
Our experience with Aladdin was above and beyond throughout every step of the process. We had the upper floor of our house converted from carpet to LVP, and what I thought was going to be a grueling process was as smooth as possible. We worked with Henry throughout and he was incredible. The installation crew worked very quickly and the end result looks amazing. I can't recommend Aladdin enough.
We contracted with Aladdin to install wall to wall carpet to our basement and stairs. Henry, the sales representative, was courteous and knowledgeable. On the day of installation the installers arrived as scheduled and completed the job efficiently. We couldn’t be more pleased.
We were really happy working with Aladdin. Henry Ziaolhagh Helped us find the carpet we wanted without pressuring is in any way. He was up front about the cost and even visited our home multiple times to measure, check to be sure carpet colors matched the paint and furniture, etc. He was so easy to work with.
