Chimney Inspection & Chimney Cleaning Services very professional and helpful with explaining the issues and outlining a recommended plan forward. The chimney cleaning turned out great and I’m happy to have had Gerald and Tavo working on this. In addition to the cleaning, I also had a subsequent service performed for sealing and waterproofing two chimneys. Ethan and Dan are great to work with and I am happy and confident that the work was done well with appropriate attention to detail.

The real estate agent Bob Bieniek is an excellent real estate agent and owns Alachua Property's. He is a "no fluff" real estate agent and tells the truth even if it's not what you want to hear. He maintains good contact and is relatively easy to get a hold of and he will go out of his way to exceed your expectations. I highly recommend his company if you're looking for property and want a reliable and grounded realtor at your side.
Won't actually try that hard to get involved but the boss will definitely call you and complain if the contract passes them by.
