I highly recommend Alachua Door company family owned. Jennifer text and called back. They installed our new part quickly. John was on time, kind, and cleaned up perfectly after the job. I had a sensor issue a few months later and he came right back out. Response time is fast and service is amazing! Price is also very reasonable...I will tell everyone about John and Jennifer's the top garage care service!
Definitely use this company. Shady companies using assumed names out there. They come in and quote you astronomical prices. Then barter you down to get you. Strongly recommend alachua door. Straight upfront pricing, family owned👍
If you need the garage door serviced , don't look any further. They are honest and will tell you exactly what the issue is and will not rip you off , unfortunately it happened to me in the past. John and Jennifer are great!! Thank you both for being so kind and honest, you'll be my garage door doctors for life.. lol
John came to my house 15 minutes after I called, needing my shaking garage door inspected. He was so kind and helpful and best of all the price for a tune-up was extremely reasonable!
