Was transported by this ambulance service to Shand’s Hospital for a seizure. I was handled very roughly. During the confusion of a seizure happening, I was not explained properly what they were doing to me. They also suddenly tied me down and put me on a stretcher very abruptly. This caused me to feel suffocated so I tried to free myself a little bit. Then a heavy Caucasian man put his knee on my whole body so I couldn’t move.
