This organization works with those who have cognitive issues. They visited my mother once, who refused care. When I asked them to try again, and reached out multiple times, no return calls and no help at all (after giving me their initial spiel, 'You'renever alone. You are supported.') Yeah right. Furnish the care providers with text capabilities, yes, cell phones for the employees! Not everyone can talk in their phones, while at work! I need to be texted, but am reminded how nurses don’t have text capability.

Enhabit was recommended as the sister company of Encompass Rehab Hospital. My mom had such a wonderful, life-changing experience with Encompass it was a no brainer to continue her in-home care with Enhabit once she was released from Encompass. What high expectations we were coming from and what a let down the entire experience was. Aside from one PT (Sharon) who actually seemed to care about my mom's progress towards walking again, no one else seemed to give a $h**.
