I have been told that my insurance, Medicare, does not cover the procedures. I tried to explain to that woman up front that I have BCBS as a supplemental policy. She would not file the insurance claim! After multiple attempts to get them to file a claim it came back that I owed $20, not $60. I have yet to see my $40. This was one of four claims.
