Only giving 1 star because you cannot post with 0 stars. This facility is a danger to society, under any circumstance do not book an appointment. Had a doctor previously and suddenly pass from COVID, had no where else to go. Scheduled my appointment with Alabama Psychiatry Anniston. Waited 2 weeks to be told until it was time for my appointment, if I could 'wait 3 more days because there is no doctor available'. Since I've been with Alabama Phsychiatry they've been kind and wonderful. After already having a hard time with things and struggling, they definitely make it a nice environment to be in.
The staff there were very nice , they did excellent , and there was no wait time to be seen I showed up a little earlier than my appointment , I was checked in , seen by the nurse , the immediately in with the psychiatrist , it couldn't of went any smoother or faster
When I made a new appointment here after not coming here for 2 years, I asked every question possible over the phone about the co pay and also put of pocket pay just in case my insurance wasn't active yet when I initially called to make a appointment! They said it would be $75 and with the insurance I was about to have and had previously would be $25. I GET TO MY APPT. SOME ISSUES WITH MY INSURANCE THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO PAY $200 FOR MY VISIT NOT $75 AND THAT'I HAVE A OLD $100 BILL FROM 2021 FOR COPAY AND I KNOW BACK THEN I ... read more
