We have had ongoing issues with the staff walking in to our apartment unannounced for months now. It has happened 3 times, and we have only been here for just under 4 months. In Alabama, the law requires 48hrs of notice to be given before entry (other than an emergency,) and they do NOT follow this law. The first time I was home with my daughter, my husband was at work.
