I scheduled a cervical epidural block at this facility.I gave them my insurance information prior to the procedure,and paid a 425.00 out of pocket expense.I was told the rest was covered under my insurance.This was told to me by the scheduler at this surgical center on Summit Drive,Jasper.What they failed to do,was use an anesthesiologist covered by my plan.They used an out of network facility.The result,now I owe 1,500.00 to the anesthesiologist.Had i known proir,I would not have had this done! I was there Friday the 5th of July for shoulder surgery I arrived a 7am. From the moment I entered the facility the front staff put me at ease. When I was taken back, I became nervous but the young nurse who I was assigned to was the greatest. She explained everything and talked to me like we were family, she really put me at ease, every one who interacted with were angels and it was as if I was their only concern.
