Had great service in the past that is 5 stars. But calling to cancel a 0830 appointment at 0828 as I pull up in your driveway is unacceptable. Then tell me I have to wait 30 days for your next appointment? Not to mention the lost time, wages, and gas.

My experience with Alabama Orthotics & Prosthetics was very disappointing. I was initially told that my custom inserts and shoes would be ready for pickup within 3-4 weeks. My wife followed up at both week 4 and week 6 and was simply told they would arrive "any day now." We are now at week 7, and I still have not received my order. When I called today to inquire, I was informed that the shoes were on backorder – information that should have been communicated to me weeks ago. I always have a good experience here. They are friendly and courteous. Service is quick too. I was a little early for my appointment and they took me in right away.

Fitted for shoes for my bunions and they were great. I did not have any issues and the service was very good. I also like the quality of my new shoes. They have quite a few colors and styles to choose from. I may get me a pair of tennis shoes next time or dress shoes…
