Had great service in the past that is 5 stars. But calling to cancel a 0830 appointment at 0828 as I pull up in your driveway is unacceptable. Then tell me I have to wait 30 days for your next appointment? Not to mention the lost time, wages, and gas. Updated 16 Dec, They did get me in earlier and everything went smoothly. I guess the review was a factor. Just showed up today, so I updated and gave 4 stars.

My experience with Alabama Orthotics & Prosthetics was very disappointing. I was initially told that my custom inserts and shoes would be ready for pickup within 3-4 weeks. My wife followed up at both week 4 and week 6 and was simply told they would arrive "any day now." We are now at week 7, and I still have not received my order. When I called today to inquire, I was informed that the shoes were on backorder – information that should have been communicated to me weeks ago. I always have a good experience here. They are friendly and courteous. Service is quick too. I was a little early for my appointment and they took me in right away.

Fitted for shoes for my bunions and they were great. I did not have any issues and the service was very good. I also like the quality of my new shoes. They have quite a few colors and styles to choose from. I may get me a pair of tennis shoes next time or dress shoes…
