Dr Matthews is the best and most caring doctor I’ve ever known. He’s operated on me three times for different ailments. Each time was the least stressful and quickest healing. He knows his stuff and his staff is awesome. I drive 3 hours each way to have him care for me!
I went in for a an appointment on Monday, and I called today about a question regarding scheduling my MRI, i spoke with Mya at the front desk and all I did was simply ask why the process is taking so long just to schedule an MRI and she got an attitude just transferred me to a voicemail instead of trying to work with me and answer me question. I have a torn ligament and need to do something and the way she handled things was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Dr. Matthew’s preformed two surgeries on my hand and both of them failed. I had to have a different doctor fix his mistake after two failed surgeries. Save yourself the time and find another doctor.
