Speaking personally, I cannot recommend Alabama Land Title Company, Inc. The Daphne, Alabama office recently closed a transaction in my neighborhood without paying the property owners association’s required transfer fee. They were advised of the transfer fee twice in advance of the closing. Other title companies have routinely included this fee in their closings for over 20 years.
