I inquired about a home I was interested in leasing on Monday, July 13, 2020. Viewed the home and did the application online through their system app folio and paid the $50 application fee for myself and each of my three sons totaling of an additional $50 each for them individually. Gave it some time for them to get everything together and started calling Wednesday about my application.
