Ben Hestor has been a big help to me. He has gotten me started on a regular exercise routine. He is very understanding for people my age! Now I am being transferred to out patient. I know I will progress a lot with Erin and Wendy too. They have a great program here at Brookdale! I will miss Ben, but we will be bumping onto each other a lot!
