Excellent customer service. We initially had some issues with our fireplace shortly after moving in and these guys came right out to fix it. Fast forward a year+ later, started having the same issues and they sent Brandon right out. Any company that will continue to provide service for the products they sell over a year after purchase will always get my future business. Thank you!
Fantastic customer service. When I walked into the showroom I felt like I was home. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products. He took time to listen to my wants, answer all of my questions & considered my budget. If you’re looking for a fireplace, AFCS should be the only one on your list.
Not pleased at all. I had a service call in December to get my gas fireplace repaired. The technician was very kind, diagnosed the problem, and said he would get parts on order and call me back. One month passes with no contact. I called them and they have no record or recollection of visiting my home. What the heck? Now I am back to square one and have to wait for another company. They need to get organized!!
We recently bought a new build from DRHorton and AFCS installed the electric fireplace. Well we have only been in this new home 6 months and the fireplace just stopped working. We called DRHorton about the issue, DRHorton put a work order to Alabama Fireplace-Construction, yet no one has called to schedule a appointment to fix our fireplace. I have call AFCS several times with no response.
