Dr. Russell was great to be exact, I went to him several times for service. I only rate him a 1 due to his administrator assistant. She was rude when returning phone calls, didn’t have the decency to alert me when they we’re closed and not being compliant with time sensitive documents. Dr. Russell is a good Doctor and was able to help me it’s the engagement with his support staff.

I called last night to try to get my daughter an appointment and to no one answered. A woman called me this morning and when I answered she did not introduce herself, did not say where she was calling from, she just barked "What do you want?" I said, "um... I'm sorry? I'm confused. You called me?" and she said, "you called me". Still never introduced herself or where she was calling from... Extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. I had to look up the phone number in order to figure out who was even calling me.
