Would not ever recommend this Doctor!! Very rude and doesn't know how to treat someone with ulcerative colitis! I would give zero stars if I could!!
If I could give 0 stars for the office staff, I absolutely would. Just absolutely unprofessional, and unwillingly to work with people. However, the doctor is great! Unfortunately, the first interaction people have with an office are those that answer the phone.
worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Mia and the office manager were very rude and told me they couldn’t “go in circles with me” while I was telling them I needed my prescription filled and if I acted the way they did at any job I would had I would be fired. I was in tears and surrounded by coworkers who all heard me and agreed that they were rude and they will help spread the word too.
