Lady at the front stared at me like I was slow after explaining what I needed help with. Literally. Just stared at me. Didn't even speak. Slid me a slip of paper and didn't explain until I asked her, "is this the email I send my forms to?" And she said Yes. Basically, rude and absolutely unhelpful. 🤦♀️
I hate having to go through this been waiting on a card for a month just to be told I have to order it myself then when I do that been waiting for 2 weeks still no card !!!

They suck, i did my semi annual online and they closed my case and I’ve been calling and emailing and to everyone’s avail no answer. Why isn’t this place been investigated yet
Absolutely horrible, just as almost every other review says, no one ever answers the phone I call every day multiple times a day and I get no answer, I never get calls back and when I showed up TWICE they told me they will call me and that I had an appointment coming up, but when the time rolled around I got no call. It’s frustrating because they said I have 2 more weeks before my case closes but they never answer so they trying to screw me over.
