This has got to be the rudest, cruellest place to ever try to emergency assistance from and that's really sad... They pick and choose who they are willing to help and getting an appointment with them is almost impossible... Lack of compassion indecency for anyone struggling.. shame on you people...
They have a new system to do application online and you can't tell if all your documents have been uploaded so I called today due to my appointment being today and the woman that I spoke with was very agitated and did not want to take the time to explain what I needed to do to upload the rest of my documents she was extremely rude and made me feel like I was a bother rather then helping me. Hopefully I get a call back today so I can get some help. People in this area of work should have more compassion and patience if you do... read more
