Dr. Rice is very unprofessional towards his patients. He did a colonoscopy on my father and sent him home to die. When we tried to call the Dr we could not get in touch and we had to rush him to the emergency room where they struggled to fix what Dr. Rice had done. My dad ended up losing over 1/3 of his lower intestines and almost his life. He was in the hospital for over 2 weeks and Dr. Rice failed to follow up with him or even inform his primary care Dr. if what happened.
I've been trying to get in touch with the office for a while, but they never answer the phone or return messages. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing when you need assistance or have questions. I've left multiple voicemails, but no one has followed up. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness is unacceptable. I hope they improve their phone service and customer support because it is beyond poor.
