Whatever you do, you better hope you don't need to have your medical records sent anywhere. Every time I call to request them sent, I get put on hold for half an hour plus. Call back and get told they will be sent and find out a week later nothing has been done and get put on hold again. In person service has been great with the providers but you will get NO help over the phone.
Competent professional service
Everyone i seen today 9-10-26 have been very nice, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I'm very thankful that dothan has such a place available to see a patient with several things wrong with them , without the need to be referred all the time. Thank you Alabama Clinic. They also see my daughter as well. Highly recommend.
Alabama Clinic is very helpful to veterans. And I am one. I just want to say thank you very much. They have help me so much with any health issue relating to my back, knee and other.
