This has to be the absolute worst experience i've ever had with ANY company, Hands down. Sandra has been most uncourteous and, may i even say, rude towards myself, my family members and a friend of mine we were looking to help out in a time where information is key. We were not provided the accurate information that we needed to help our friend out, and she flat out ignored our calls while we were trying to follow up.
