Check-in instructions were not provided via email as promised; arrived only the day of travel after direct request made by me. Check-in is entirely self-serve. Lock box located in filthy stairwell did not open using the code provided. Agent, who was reached on the fifth call, was certain I didn’t know what I was doing trying to open lock box to get the key. Eventually promised to send someone who was to arrive in 5 - 10 minutes. Arrived in 15. Unpleasant experience.

Fabulous experience using ALBVR. Everything went smooth, the condo was nice, and the vote was great. Pool was maintained well, cleaning staff were always working hard keeping everything nice. Communication with ABVR was timely.
