I forgot to take a picture on Sunday so here is this week's. I have broken my stall by 1.2# and I'm just shy of -35# loss. I feel great. I've dropped down now 4 pants sizes. Had to go today and buy a few more jeans at Costco. I even bought the next sz down so I have them for my next loss. I can not wait to see what the next few months bring. I turn 49 in December. Bring on a new year. So thankful for this surgery and the new lease on life I've gotten. #drsuggs #alabamabariatrics
