The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed assistance with bringing my 100 pound dog in. They came to my car and helped me once I got her out the car. Thank you again!

I’ve had 3 pets spayed/neutered at this facility. The service was satisfactory. However, the staff needs a crash in office/customer service etiquette. The moment I dropped off my kitten the staff’s attitude was horrible and treated me as if my mere presence was an irritation. Then, when it came to pickup I was met with unnecessary hostility. I appreciate the service but not the treatment.

I brought my comolex rescue dog in to get fixed at the alabama animal alliance. He was not ever properly socialized and is occasionally animal aggressive. He also doesn't like strangers. The staff there and I came up with a plan prior to drop off to ensure that everybody and all animals remained safe. Moose surprisingly did amazing at drop off so we got to skip the muzzle.
