Just a scam location , they purposely tell you when insurance is inactive a day before to either force you to pay an out of pocket fee and since most will say no they say you have to pay the 25$ fee. My child wasn’t seen to pay a fee is outrageous. Even other parents said the same in the office. The people that work upfront ignore you , only tell you when to pay and if you don’t pay you’re gonna pay a fee. When you try to make an appointment they take so long to answer you and the doctor says that he speaks Spanish but since I speak Spanish and fluently it doesn’t sound like he does and also some girls that are the receptionist or on the front desk there very rude ,arrogant at the time to answer you . They don’t find any patience to you . Especially a Spanish one a brown one , she is VERY rude with their patients that don’t speak English .
I have been bringing my daughter here for past year 2024 never had a problem before but todays scheduled appointment, they made us wait 45 mins……Please respect other people’s time. We have things to do!!!!!!
