Dr Abousaif is the best, very caring and takes time with you. He answered all my questions and was super patient. He's had to perform multiple tests on me and always explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand it. I would & have recommended Dr. Abousaif to friends.

Dr. Abousaif seems to genuinely care and spends the appropriate amount of time. However, the office lacks complete accountability and never returns a call. Left 3 messages yet never received a returned call. It is impossible to get beyond the appointment. The physician is good and caring. But you never get beyond an appointment. They are so busy that it's just a like an assembly line. And patient's are left to feel like we are bothering them. Office staff needs to improve.
I am so glad I found Dr. Abousaif as my Gastro Dr. He is always pleasant and listens to my concerns. He is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. His manner is excellent! I would have highly recommended Dr. Abousaif to my family and friends.
