Half of The staff are coke heads..... And this company is trash. They dont return phone calls they let anyone and anything live on the properties they have 2 guys they send we wont get started. I guarantee these properties are not up to code do alot of digging around people go thru another company. And i had 2 give 1 star 2 post... with them
I am not one to write bad reviews but this was absolutely the worst experience since I began renting. There isn't a rating low enough for this company. The worst customer service and the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. The property I toured was disgusting and dirty and I was promised it would be cleaned upon move in. When I moved in, however, there was a fish tank still plugged in from previous tenants (who moved out over a year prior) with DEAD FISH INSIDE IT. Wish I could give this company negative stars! I finally met the actual owner of my housing and I must say this company is disgusting. The actual owner has to be at least 70 he is such a sweet man and ala has taken full advantage of him. Ala does not fix anything does not answer phone calls and decides what they want to do and when they want to do it. They are all a bunch of idiots. Do not trust this company! As a past employee, I can 100% assure you that none of the office staff does drugs. The office is run by a 66-year-old woman, she is definitely not doing drugs, nor are the other people in the office. As far as the workers that go into these properties to take care of issues are concerned, we background check people and what they do a side of passing a background check is beyond our control.
