This was our first visit to this place Per my longtime friend Sam Hwang referred and I’m glad we went there We found a good Dental place , very pleasant experience and staffs were so friendly and nice. Just fyi - Because it was on weekend, parking was bit confused, the parking lot on Kapiolani was closed and it was controlled by Ala Moana dental care parking attendant which we didn’t know so had to go around , called the place for clear parking information and wish I checked before I go but it’s OK now
On vacation and developed a cracked molar and needed an emergency extraction. Was able to make appt within hours same day. Reception staff, nursing staff, doctor’s assistant staff and the dental doctors were very professional and reassuring. Exam room was new, clean and well equipped. Doctor M completed extraction in record time, provided prescriptions for all needed meds and they billed my DD insurance! Thanks to all!
I am thankful that they are open 7 days a week. They are always able to get me in for an appointment within a day or two. The team is friendly and professional. The doctor was quick to see me and able to diagnose my issue quickly and send me on my way.
