Mark and his staff did my daughters wedding and the champagne chicken was delicious! The reception was outside and the food was still served hot and tasty. Great value for the price!
I've used Ala Carte Catering 6 times & will continue. Mark accommodates customized menus & uses quality foods.
Sorry, but I just can't recommend a caterer who doesn't respond. I was recommended this caterer for my event, and I really, really, really tried to use them. I called and left voicemails, and I even messaged them on Facebook and they told me to call (and I did within two minutes-straight to voicemail). I then tried calling again, with radio silence in response to my message.
