I highly recommend working with Al Ward and Miriam Pimentel at the Los Altos State Farm office. I recently met with Al and Miriam to review all my insurance coverage: home, auto, umbrella, and earthquake. Al and Miriam helped me improve my coverage and reduce my premiums. The most cluttered and disorganized business office I've ever seen. Half eaten food around a computer work space. Shoes cluttering space under desk space. Inappropriate business attire. On a positive note, we got our questions answered and policy changes made. That said, we're never going back.

I've been a long time customer of State Farm and would like to acknowledge the outstanding service I continue to receive, I'd like to also acknowledge Al Ward's assistant, Mirium who was very helpful and the outstanding service I received from her. She pays attention to detail and answered all my questions. She is an asset to her company. State Farm is a company that values it's customers.
