Al helped us buy and sell a home during our time in Columbus. He is GREAT and has a real appreciation for older homes. He is also very smart, flexible, and a good communicator. I had a complicated situation in selling my house, and Al did a great job handling it. He communicated clearly, responded quickly, and I never felt pressured or rushed to accept an offer. I worked with a few other realtors before him, and he is the only one I'd use again or recommend.
Al is an exemplary agent. His passion for helping to protect his clients , whether they are sellers or buyers, is superior to many. His honesty is refreshing and there is no doubt his clients come first. I have seen his negotiation skills , he is able to bring people together which to me is a crucial component of being a great agent. These are my personal opinions and is not necessarily the opinions or beliefs of the company I work for.
Al represented a buyer who purchased our house, and he was great to work with. He was knowledgeable about the entire process, provided great representation to his clients and provided good insight during the negotiation process. Al was exceptionally good at communicating to all parties during the sale. If my wife wasn’t a realtor 😊, we would absolutely use Al on future transactions.
