The sorriest transmission shop I’ve ever dealt with! Brought my truck there 8 times for the same problem and never could fix it! Now another shop tells me I need a new transmission (which is the one these clowns rebuilt) because they never changed the top plate!!!

We called, and Bron was very helpful in explaining exactly what we needed to acquire the correct part. He went above and beyond to assist us in picking it up as well!
