Hands down the best, most responsive plumber in town. I have used them multiple times and will continue to use them for my 95 year old house.
My outside spigot wasn't installed properly. As a result, it froze and burst.I called Jim the Plumber and Jeremy arrived on time, was professional, explained everything needed, including the cost. He got it changed and repaired as we planned. No surprises! I HIGHLY recommend this company!
I initially called with one small repair job. I booked them based only on the recommendation of a friend. They were good sports about working around my tenant's schedule and Paige was very patient with me when I asked to add 2 more items to the list. Jeremy even got there earlier than expected, was great to work with, took it in stride when he ran into two snags (one because of a bad order I placed and one just because of the condition of the pipes), and explained everything to me well. Jim remodeled our basement bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. In addition to the plumbing, his tile, electrical, and HVAC work is all top notch…true craftsmanship! Flawless work, fair price, and a pleasure to work with. Prior to this, Jeremy from his team made an emergency repair when we had a leak in our ceiling and was great about clearly explaining our options, and Paige was very helpful with scheduling and communication. Looking forward to when we are ready to remodel the next bathroom!
Jeremy came out to diagnose our leak where water was dripping through the ceiling below and into our bedroom floor adjacent to the bathtub. He said the cause was water dripping over the side of the tub from showers and baths and definitely not a plumbing issue. He did not open up the plate to the plumbing or look at the pipes below for a problem. He left it at that.
