This is the third time I have hired this company. Their work is beautiful and make the floors look new. The lake house had carpet in three bedrooms and down the hall to the foyer. He repaired the damage from the carpet tack and most are invisible. He’s taken up all the flooring in the Costa house except for the living room. Each room looked better than the next. The kitchen doesn’t have a mar anywhere and shines brightly. You can’t go wrong with Al and his crew

I hired Al at the beginning of the year to have our original Terrazo floor restored. I was torn between hiring Al Spicer and another competitor. In hindsight, I should’ve went with the competitor. They showed up when he said they would and got the job done in just 4 or 5 days. The grinding process left my house with dust everywhere and it’s a very fine dust. Horrible customer service I called and asked if Al is available and the person on the phone expressed no Al is married, at this point I was quite confused and asked if Al was available to speak with, at this point I was called a clown and the individual hung up, then I was called back 5 minutes later with same individual telling me I was calling a disconnected number.... this is not a company with customer service.

I had a choice between vinyl planks and restoring the terrazo floors and I chose Terrazo. THE BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE! Thanks to Al and his team my floors look amazing! I am super happy with the results. I highly recommend Al and his team!
