Worst place ever ! I work in medical field any documents I have sign stated . I have the right to receive any medical history even so no doctor in present. What upset me I have spoke with Kimberly I took the day off to see my doctor she have a attitude telling me I can’t receive my documents these place unprofessional wouldn’t recommend come here along as you like your time be waste it I am switching providers and reporting these issue ….
