Everybody, the receptionist, the nurses, and the doctor were extremely kind and attentive. They were very thorough, finding out about my medical history, and taking time considering the medical problems. The doctor even ordered lab work at a lab in my home town, which helped tremendously since I live a long way from San Bernardino. I could not help comparing the professional, compassionate care to the service I received at other clinics charging their patients and neglecting their care since they were low-income. This clinic offers great care to the underserved of the Inland Empire! The medical staff and volunteers are super friendly and the doctors are also helpful and patient. Al Shifa is an exceptional resource to have in our community and I urge everyone who needs healthcare to take advantage of it
