They were great. It's the type of place that would let you test drive a truck for 4 hrs no questions asked and you can move all the future you want. You just need to sign some paperwork work and you are good to test drive the vehicle for whatever you need!
I purchased a 2019 Ford escape saturday morning, I had it insured had my financing done and was just about to go back for the final signing at that point I was informed that someone had already had a deal in place for this car and that they had just wasted my whole morning and dinged my credit. come to find out my mom and sister had the same issues there in the past. I wouldnt recommend al serra to my worst enemy. RUN
I went here to look at a used car and the sales person, I forgot her name, I have never seen someone so uninterested in selling a car, so I left and went to Randy Wise and bought a car from someone who actually wanted to make a sale.
Jim Gordon the sales man I was working with was very kind and helpful and patient. He listened to everything that I needed and wanted in a car because I didn't have one. Thank you so much Jim
Just drove home our “new” to us 2018 gmc Acadia Denali and we are so pleased with our experience yet again with Al Serra. This will be at least my 4th experience purchasing a car at this lot and every time the car, service and sales team has been stellar. Not to mention Christ Bauer is hands down the most patient and knowledgeable salesmen, he doesn’t push cars he wants to sell, gave us great advice on what’s practical in our situation for my family. I couldn’t be more happier thanks again.
