My boyfriend and I came in just looking to test drive and see what we liked and ended up getting an amazing deal on a car we didn’t ever think we could get! We worked with Paul Simpson and he was great, very professional and fun to talk to while waiting for paperwork. I would definitely recommend this dealership :)
Karley Bouchard's service was amazing, got me in and out quickly like requested, while at the same time, keeping great service and class. The complete transparency and straight foreword nature she provided made the service worthwhile. Great place of business, picked up a 2018 Subaru Forester that came with a new set of floor mats and a fresh detail; Although the exterior detail was a little rushed leaving streaks over the windows and paint.
Scott Good was extremely helpful. It was my first time buying a vehicle and he was very patient and understanding. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and very easy to talk to you. He made my buying experience very easy. Would highly recommend him to help you find your next vehicle. Overall had a very good experience with Al Serra pre-owned vehicles.
Update on my review; Had another amazing experience with Al Serra. Had an issue with the car I purchased recently within purchase date, not a major issue, one tire wasn’t reading and alignment seemed slightly off. spoke with Josh and explained what was going on and I simply requested a courtesy reading/diagnostic on my car and told them I understood I bought the car as is. Had such a great experience with Adam Harvey! Got me through the process quickly. He responded through texts throughout the day while I was at work which made communication a lot easier! Was definitely helpful and extremely honest about the vehicles I was looking at. Rolled in a few last minute deals which I really appreciated, they were decisions I changed and he easily ran with it.
