Wade was great to work with, he found the vehicle I was interested in, and later purchased. There was a small flaw in the paint, and he followed through to make sure it was corrected.
I recently had my Cadillac XT6 serviced at Al Serra. The service department changed my oil, and, rotated and balanced my tires. They also replaced a dirty air filter. I didn't have to wait long at all, and was on my way in a short time. As always, Deon Miller, and the Cadillac service department at Al Serra, keeps me coming back for all my vehicles needs.
They were very fast and efficient. And didn’t try to charge me for something I didn’t need. I said I was ok with tire rotation and balance but they told me the tires were wearing evenly so I didn’t need it.
Great experience. Had service done on my vehicle was in and out very fast.
