Fast and caring
This was a visit for oil change and tire rotation & balance. The Cadillac service lane was very busy when I arrived, but I was greeted almost immediately and checked in. The wait for the car to be serviced and washed was not too long and the checkout was fast. Even though they were busy, James took the time to answer a few questions I had. Cadillac service always seems to work quickly and efficiently. The car was waiting for me right outside the door when done. This was a very pleasant experience.
