first time ordering. bbq pizza, poppers and cheesecake. waited over an hour, ok. no poppers. called to ask and only solution was they would send them but they are very busy so who knows how long. its too bad because its good, not great. but good pizza, terrible service. won't be ordering again.

I want to start by saying this used to be my favorite place to order pizza near my house. I ordered my normal large pepperoni pizza and fries through the Grubhub app. The pizza is usually quick to arrive but it took over an hour and 10 minutes. i've been waiting over a week for the manager to resolve an issue we had with a cold pizza delivery. Alyssa? and the manager have been playing games with me and she hung up on me multiple times or told me to hold and then would hang up. Very Poor Customer Service. Franks Pizza on Belmont is just as good. Al's lost a frequent customer.
My dad & I have been looking for great tasting neighborhood pizza for quite sometime. Although we've never been inside their restaurant, we've always ordered their pizza delivered. It not only tastes great, but it's also hot & fresh when it arrives at our house. It's the goods in the Dunning neighborhood.
I have been going to this pizza place for 19 years since I moved over here in this area the new management is awful I set on hold for 45 minutes because they made my pizza and forgot to put toppings on it and decided to give me raw onion and raw green pepper I tried to call to get a new pizza they put me on hold for 45 minutes with the manager there she knows me personally and would not get on the phone I will never order a pizza from here again until they changed the management they need their old manager back or the owner ... read more
