We had the best sales experience with this company. It started with John Newman at the Kodak location who helped us find a toy hauler at the Columbia location. We drove there to see it. We worked with Jeff Watson on the sale and David Spencer in Finance. Both were great to work with. There was a problem when we got there to pick it up but they were quick to make everything right. We were treated extremely well through the whole process. Recommend buying from A&L.
David and his team are so kind and friendly. Their customer service is excellent. I would send anyone looking for an RV or camper to them in a heartbeat.
We loved the way we were treated by our sales person, Jeff Watson, and also the general manager, they were very honest and above board and showed us exactly what we wanted and had a quick smooth deal. Use them as your first source if you’re thinking about buying or trading an RV they’re excellent people and in Columbia, Tennessee! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
This place is racist as soon as the salesman saw we sold our house and what kind of car we drive our option was to buy the RV and not the option to finance. As soon as the salesman seen a black couple we got judged they took our information and driver license after we haven't heard from this company again the salesman told us he would call. I spreading the word about this company the worst ever. Racism is real but money is green
