Shout out today to Russell & Alex and their excellent help to my husband & me. We are retired and not particularly mechanically minded, but the folks at A & L have always treated us with the utmost professionalism, answering all our questions (no matter how "dumb" they might seem), and when needed, gotten us in for repairs, most times with same day.service. Outstanding Service — Rain or Shine! I had a fantastic experience at A&L RV Sales. Eric inherited my sale and handled everything flawlessly — knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Despite a relentless downpour, he and the customer care team never missed a beat. The staff was courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I want to tell as many as I can to be aware of the life time warranty!!!!! I got an RV from them with them knowing I will be living in it to take care of a family member. They tried to sale me the warranty I said no at 1st because of the price (let me say it is so not worth it!) the sales person tells me that they will come out to me as long as I own it and fix anything that goes wrong with the trailer. Sales experience was decent in 2020, service between 2020 and 2024 was mediocre. They claim to perform inspections where they check the roof, but I find that hard to believe. They supposedly performed roof repairs on the main slide, but a sale inspections proved that was a lie. These were performed under the former service management team. Because of their incompetence and unethical practice I have lost 20,000 in sales equity.
