Currently working with Al and his team to renovate our downstairs into a master bedroom, expanding 1/2 bath to a full bath, and adding a walk in closet. Al is very responsive and answers all of our questions quickly. We are a week into our renovation and we are really happy with the work being done so far. I recently had my slate walkway changed to pavers. The transformation was amazing. Al-Pro Construction did an exceptional job. Albert and his crew were true professions and the quality of the work was evident. The contract was clear and detailed, the quote fair and reasonable, and Albert was a pleasure to work with. I plan to have them back to repair my backyard steps.

Don’t be fooled by the “Pro” in their name. There’s nothing professional about how they operate. They messed up a basic deck installation, used the wrong wood, and left everything uneven. When I demanded they fix it, they offered to “come take a look in a few weeks.” Completely unacceptable. Avoid United Pro Construction LLC at all costs.

Despite promising premium materials, they used the cheapest products available. My new roof started showing wear and tear in just three months. Gutters are already falling off. When I confronted them, they denied everything and claimed the issue was “normal wear.” Shady business practices.

I paid them to start a siding replacement. They came one day, tore down the old siding, and never returned. I’ve called, emailed, and texted repeatedly — no response. Now I’m left with an exposed wall and no refund. I’m pursuing legal action. This company should be shut down.
