Got a coupon in the mail for a complimentary oil change and filter so I scanned thr coupon make my appointment and I even call them to confirm everything nobody told me to bring the whole letter when I got there so I cut out the coupon for them I get there and they are rude and flat out told me can't do the service cause I didnt bring the whole letter even though nobody said to bring it when I called I work overnight so this wasted me time.... even if its free I'll never come back to place where the customer service is trash... read more

Each time I visit this area, I manage to get auto care/service because service and personnel are great.
I received a email with a coupon for a free AC check no other information on it so I made an appointment. I went there today and they told me that it will be $300 just to check and I presented them the coupon and they told me that this coupon is only for a visual AC check which I have no idea what that even is. I asked them why didn’t anyone call me to confirm the appointment he said well next time you call I said there will be never be next time. You’re just wasting my time and my gas. I will never bring my car there again.... read more
