Repairs were made accurately for what I can see on my car. Communication is what the service department lacks the most, was contacted twice after initial estimate for items that were forgotten on the initial estimate. Just learned there was a free shuttle service with a 10 mile radius, would of been nice to know that for drop off and pick up. Outstanding Service! I was stranded with a flat tire and no lugnut key 3 miles from the dealership. I called and Paul arrived with master keys and helped me change my tire. I didn’t even purchase my Rogue from them! Truly a life saver. Thank you Paul!
