“0” STARS DO NOT GO TO AL PIEMONTE FORD!!! There are many reasons why Al Piemonte does not have as good as ratings as other Ford Dealers. After waiting several years to buy a Ford Taurus. I am disappointed with my experience with this dealer. To make things clear as Chuck (some manager) doesn’t want to hear any whining, he just wants short details and rushes you off the phone. What a week I had car stolen heating broke and my dog has to be put to sleep .I got the check from the insurance company my car was burnt to a crisp so I went to the dealer and purchased a new ford Taurus sho what a car he gave me a great deal and made me feel very comfortable .
