How is it possible that you buy a car at the dealer and when you have a problem you call, the secretary hangs up on your calls, you try a thousand more times and never responds. When you finally manage to communicate with the service department, someone comes out to respond in the worst way and they don't give you a solution... my car is breaking down and I think they should be more responsible with customers who have bought a vehicle worth more than 45 thousand dollars.. what a bad experience to never return to buy anything... read more
