Insane Antonio, the Store Manager... "very poor alteration quality and HORRIBLE customer service." paid $20.70 for 7-for-all-mankind jeans alteration. quality of the hemming was bad regardless of the price. (stichings were crooked/uneven and one side of the pants was 3/4-inch longer than the other.) i called in and explained the situation but was told that i would have to pay another $20 to redo the pants... what was really devastating/upsetting was the attitude from the store manager, antonio and his assistant, lucia. the e... read more
Rude, Hostile and Bad Business! When I picked up my clothes, one of my shirts had oily stains on it that were not there when I brought it in. Without placing any blame, I very nicely asked the girl if she could try cleaning the shirt again. I even brought in another shirt that I needed cleaned. TO CHARLES K. Why dont you tell the store your problems instead of crying on the internet!!! I am a customer at AL PHILLIPS and have never ever had a problem!!! Like the previous review said they are quik, nice, and reliable. they have same day service as long as its in by 11am, it will be out by 5pm Monday trought Friday. So people dont listen to this A$$H0LE!!! Just go try them and judge for yourself!!! THANKS FOR YOUR TIME A LOYAL CUSTOMER
