I needed a uniform shirt done by a Tuesday for work. I asked at drop off and was assured I could pick it up anytime after 5pm on Monday. I go in at 5:30pm and she can't find it. Looks in the computer and says its not here. I told her the she told me anytime after 5 and that I need it for work at 6am tomorrow. Dumb, blank stare. I ask when it will come in and another employee tells me it might be on the next truck, but it might be after 7pm when they close. The first lady says, well, its bagged! (Thanks, that helps a lot!) I went in here today to drop off a down comforter and was met by a less than enthusiastic woman. Asked about my item then handed ME a plastic bag, saying “here you go”. I asked what this was for and she directed (not asked) me to help bag my own item. She asked my phone number then name, then address. I gave her my address but I didn’t include my zip code because I figured up here in Anthem the majority of us are 89044 (my bad) …her prompt for this information was a sarcastic “yea, guessing games are fun”. My dress was supposed to be ready for pick up on Wednesday (I dropped it off Monday), it is now Saturday and it’s still at their “corporate facility” (they don’t clean on site). I have come here 3 times with no answer as to when it will be ready and today when I asked them to call and check on its status, saying I would wait to find out, I got “okay but it will take a while.” My event is tonight and I now have no dress, but also the general service, lack of proactivity, and apathy I’ve received is shockingly bad.
