AWFUL DRY CLEANERS!!! The worst decision I ever made was taking my brand new Ralph Lauren Quilt to this place. I had received the quilt the previous day. Since I like to wash brand new items before using them and my washing machine couldn't handle a quilt this size, I decided to bring it to Al Philips.
