I couldn’t be more happier! I’ve been fighting with my car fob for weeks trying to change my battery so I decided to visit the service department to see if I can find some assistance. The cashier recommended that I speak with a service advisor. I met with Kimberley who was my service advisor for another repair, she showed me how to remove the cover and replaced the battery for me.
