Very satisfied! Phoned Ashley Moore when the "Service Engine" and "Throttle" symbols appeared on dashboard. He suggested getting my car in ASAP. The problem was diagnosed and corrected . . . while I waited. Can't tell you how much I appreciated the prompt attention given to my problem by Ashley.
Great Experience I shopped at other dealerships prior to going to Al Packer Ford West, but when I met salesman Fabio Giacometti and Sales Manager Mark Catasus, I knew I was receiving a fair deal. Fabio was very easy to work with and there were no pressure tactics used, which won me and my wife over. When we are in the market for another vehicle, Al Packer Ford West will be our first and probably last stop.

Car purchasing made easy Just bought a vehicle at Al Packer Ford West. I can honestly say that it was the easiest car purchase I have made. Glenn Dunn was our sales manager.
